May Children Update!

Leila is growing like a weed! We had her 2-month check up on May 18th and she weighed 11lbs 7oz. Breastfeeding is going very well for us, although she's been a very fussy baby. Just the past few days I decided to go dairy-free to see if it would help Leila's tummy troubles and it actually seems to be helping! I'll keep you posted on how it goes - so far it's been a rough transition for me but I'm surviving without cheese!

Here are the pictures from May :)

Pretty purple flowers in our backyard

This is my favorite sleeper for Leila - she's already outgrown it!

Gunnar had to try on one of daddy's basketball shirts

This is the EXACT reason why I can only update my blog once a month. It's extremely difficult to find a time when both kids are asleep at the same time - if I come in my office to work Gunnar has to play on the computer :P Oh, and he likes stealing bottles of baby girl's breastmilk :P

CHUBBY BABY THIGHS!

This is my view most mornings as I nurse Leila - Gunnar plays by himself on the floor :)

He's been interested in going on the potty lately so we bought him his own little seat to try out!

Passed out from milk

Leila in one of the dresses Grandma Ceila made for her! Was she a fan?  Not at this particular moment :P

Gunnar playing at Uncle Chris' and Aunt Tara's house

We bought some new patio furniture and Gunnar HAD to help daddy put it all together...he even wanted to use his own tools as you can see. But of course, he couldn't help with everything, hence the face.

Aunt Tara comes over every weekend to help me with the kids while the boys work on Grandma Marilee's house.

Bath time!

We still try to give Gunnar as much attention as possible, especially daddy :)

Bumbo time!

Twins?!?!

She sleeps so peacefully in her bed

Squishy face in the car seat!!

Having and indoor picnic

Dadda making baby girl smile

Someone misses sitting in the Bumbo himself

That face!

Memorial Day weekend excursion to the park!
